I offer twenty plus years of business and computer support services in website development, professional documentation, marketing and consultating skills. Professional documentation includes resume and cover letter writing, brochure work, instruction manuals and editing.
During my entire adult life of over thirty years I have successfully operated my own businesses as well as helped others attain success and happiness through finding their own passions and balances of work and play. During the early '90s I became certified as a Financial Planner, learning skills to apply to my personal and business life, as well as helping other individuals and business owners. I believe these skills, in addition to my intuitive abilities helped me prepare and not crumble during economic downturns. This same insight can be applied towards your life decisions.
As a 2002 graduation of SWIHA (Southwest Institute of Healing Arts), I offer not only experience in health, nutrition, and life-coaching but a lifetime of experience and information as a practicing herbalist and health enthusiast. I daily practice what I preach and teach- AcuYoga, Reiki and Aromatherapy. I also grow my own herbs and food, make my own tinctures and hydrosols, and enjoys life to the fullest. I encourage and inspires health and happiness as much as possible through Oriental Bodywork, my classes, my consulting work and mostly, the way I live and love life.

I have a lifetime of love and compassion for the young people of the world. I've volunteered with youth programs and worked with young people since I was 12. Most recently, between 2005 and 2010 I worked with the Beaver Creek Kiwanis KKids and Builder's Club program at Beaver Creek School in Rimrock, Arizona. Since then I have also coordinated Jr. Ranger Programs at Montezuma Well with the National Park Service. Through this program children are taught and experience outdoor skills, survival and hiking skills, and gain an appreciation for being a part of nature.
In 2010, I formed a non-profit or organization, Super Star Kids, Inc., to continue outreach programs to young people in the Verde Valley as well as their families. Through SSK I spearheading efforts to identify individual 'strengths' (those passions within that will spark a lifetime of happiness and health in whatever a person does). More information on the Super Star Kids Inc program can be found on their website.
