It helps give me direction and yes, I am not sure exactly what I want right now which is why I came home to figure that out. I know I want something in particular and I realize that is going to take a while. It's the path getting there that is fuzzy right now and that is most frustrating to me and I think I let that halt my actions because I want it all right now, ha ha. Hi Nanci, Just a quick thank you for passing me the asparagus tip from Bella...my oncologist thinks his chemo poison shrunk the tumor, but we know better - it was the asparagus!! For 2 weeks I didn't have chemo but kept up on the asparagus and the tumor shrank, which it hadn't been dong before. Thank you SO much for sharing that tip with me - I'll be passing it on to lots of people! To me she is Bella-Angel Talk to you later!

A ride north on I. 17, away from the city for me, even with all its traffic and construction is well worth the pampering you receive when you get to Bella's for a spa treatment. I arrived and relaxed for a short while Bella prepared a fresh juice drink for me, then sauna. After the sauna I went to the massage table for a wonderful Reiki and aromatherapy treatment where I felt pampered from head to toes. I could feel the toxins and tension just oozing out of me. Any time spent talking to and enjoying Bella's company is wonderful. We talked and she did a reading for me. The time was devoted to me and I never felt rushed, just relaxed. After a light salad lunch I left to enjoy a drive exploring the area around Lake Montezuma and and then back down to Phoenix. It is an experience I would highly recommend on a regular basis.
