healers to learn skills of increasing the body's balance and immune system, for yourself and others. We will share in an experience of theory and hands-on practice of reflexology and a wonderful healing aromatherapy
treatment called "The Raindrop Technique."
Some basic and easy to practice reflexology

Cooking with Teas- For Healthy Enrichment Fall

Bella's use, experience and experiments with all types of
teas used in cooking will be shared to inspire "thinking outside the pot." Class participation is encouraged in
demonstations using teas in all types of meals from desserts to main dishes as well as making marinades and decorative
ideas. Recipes and take home packets of herbs are included in the class fee.
